I don't think anyone has got the definitive answer on what the high pitched noise at lock/unlock is although there was some speculation. AFAIK all Evoques do it. Should you be worried? My guess - only...

SD4 auto, mixture of city (20-30%) and normal motorways (the rest), 34.9 over 750 miles since new - on delivery it was showing low average 20s but it's been edging upwards and will hopefully continue ...
