RE: Evoque Speccing

You have a PM Sco77

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

RE: Evoque Speccing

Well it's now ordered and deposit paid - with the following spec:
Coupe SD4 Dynamic Lux Auto 4 seat variant (5 is NCO for the Coupe)
Plus pack
Fuji White with body colour roof
Privacy
Adaptive headlights with cornering
Heated steering wheel
TPMS
Velocity (Black with Cirrus contrast Stitching) interior
Tow bar as a dealer fit accessory.

It's easier to say which options I haven't taken than to list what is in the Lux and Plus packs:
High Beam assist
Steel Spare Wheel
RSE isn't available on Dynamic Plus 3 or 5 door because screens don't fit in the back of the front head restraints

Delivery...................... well it's going to be 2011!, that's the closest date I have
Price - an awful lot for a small car but less than £50k (just)!

Welcome Bri7, is it an Evoque (5 door) or a Coupe (3 Door), any colour?

Any particular reason you went for the 19" Wheels rather than the standard 20"

SD4 Prestige Sport Auto 5 Door, Sumatra Black with Ambience interior, Magneride AD, 20" Style 6 Wheels, Panoramic Roof, Surround Cameras, Electric Tailgate, ADRVM.......& Heated Steering Wheel......Gorgeous

Only Reason why went for 19” bigger Pro file, more Kerb Friendly
and after 2 RRS with 20"'s fed up with refurbishing, Plus the Article
from Autocar Car, with Mike Cross's comment. Tongue Out

RE: Evoque Speccing

Quite agree with you Bri, I had an RRS TDv8 running on 20" wheels and LP tyres and those wheels were like kerb magnets, never had a problem with my 19" snow and ice winter tyres on 19" wheels getting kerbed and my current FFRR TDv8 has OEM 19's and they are scuff free after 13 months. BUT what I will do is take the Evoque on it's 20's and buy a set of Freelander2 (Evoque has Freelander2 hubs apparrently) or Evoque 19" wheels and put my 19" Mud Terrains (you never know I might want to take the Evoque off-road!) and Winter tyres on them. I will also buy a set of spare 20" wheels to mount the Continental tyres I have on Stormer wheels - so RRS/D3 and FFRR will be getting a lot of ads for 19 and 20" alloys in the autumn!

RE: Evoque Speccing

I like your thinking Tim, "it's best to list what I'm not having"
Not made my mind up quite yet but as I like all the techy stuff I'm thinking maybe a Prestige. Is is just because you like the sporty look you've mostly all picked Dynamics?
