Thanks for all the input people. The start/stop decided to work the other day, but not on the return journey, it seems completely spontaneous! Averaging 33.8mpg. Definitely wont be purchasing a dies...

Hmmm I'll take it in a couple of long journeys and see if things improve. I can't even remember the last time the stop/start worked though. Maybe it's worth just booking it back in at the dealer and...

Yer it's been into the dealer and they just said they'd updated the ECU and it should help. Still doing it though, and the regeneration seems to maybe happen more often than it should and affect cons...

Hmm strange, the trailer lights etc work perfectly find when it's plugged in. I'll email the towbar people and see if they think it could be faulty :)

I've seen loads of places that offer a DPF removal and remap for about £200. I find it strange that it is required by EU although it's actually causing my vehicle to use more fuel??? Surely thats NOT ...

Depends on the dealer & how nice they are/how much attention they pay. We've had warranty work done since with no questions asked :). Fitted the towbar myself cost all in all £160

I presume they managed to do it properly the next time? If anyone knows how to do it please share the information :) as I performed the service myself (very basic stuff overpriced at the dealer)

Screw that it was £17.99 vs. £100 haha! It's not a major inconvenience it's just a bit odd that the rear sensors are disabled, wondered if you could manually turn them back on

You having a laugh -.- How can they claim these MPG figures when it will never get that due to this DPF thing? Is it possible to fix this/disable this DPF? Cheers for the info
