Service Indicator Reset

Evening!

I've got a TD4 evoque and recently performed an oil and oil filter change.
However the service required message has come up and I can't seem to reset it.

I followed the two videos on YouTube and tried it several times, but there seems to be an option missing in the service menu.

Does anyone know how to reset the service required message?

Regards,
Elliot

RE: Service Indicator Reset

My dealer failed to reset it on both services. I got them to pick the car up on a day I didn't need it to sort it out and replace the wheel centres which were corroded, so at least it got valeted.

RE: Service Indicator Reset

I presume they managed to do it properly the next time?

If anyone knows how to do it please share the information Smile as I performed the service myself (very basic stuff overpriced at the dealer)
