(the whitepaper suggests a HP upgrade from 150 to 185 and a torque upgrade to 500) and i must say i really felt a higher torque at low revs, giving me more "umph" of the starting grid. Do you have an update on the box you have installed, is it any good and is it adjustable? RE: Tuning box? - cutter7 - 19-03-2013 10:30pm Westy, Just sent you a PM. RE: Tuning box? - ilumo - 18-06-2013 09:54pm Are there any "tuning" boxes for the gasoline version? (2.0 T)? looking for a "piggyback", not a full tune... I have also tried a product mention on the first page of this thread, the pro version. Seemed to work just as well will let you know which tuning chip is better ill have it left on another evoque and compare it to mine to see te difference. Hi. Have you had a chance to compare the performance of the two boxes yet? any observations? Hey Rayanne I can't see any photos of the fitted unit. I've fitted one and am absolutely delighted with the change i.e. a now much smoother response of the engine. The extra mpg is a bonus. I'm just interested to know where you actually physically mounted the unit to avoid heat and water ingress. RE: Tuning box? - Condei - 23-08-2017 08:17pm Hello! My wife had an Evoque 2014 2.2l SD4 190HP 9AT. I used the box for 2 years and I've sold the car, but I kept the box and I forgot about it. Now I've put a new box on my car and I remembered that I have the old box. Stupid me, I could reprogram the old box for free! It is a DTE box with multiple power refining options (3 stages with 3 substages). It's for sale. |
