That said the coupe is affected a lot more than the 5 door.

Only affects the Pure according to the e mail my dealer showed me - I wouldn't be surprised if LR HQ were making things up as they go alongRolling Eyes

RE: Xenon delays

I would post the bulletin, but because of site rules i cant. It referes to zenon orders and does not mention only pures.

If it were just the Pure that were effected that would mean both my orders would not be changed for a later date but they are.

Though as you say i do beleive LR head office are making it up as they go.

RE: Xenon delays

Could halogens be upgraded to Adaptive Xenons easily (BAS?). If so and if mine were to come with Halogen and £££ and a promise to upgrade when units available then I might be tempted. Ultimately I would however like the car I ordered from the outset.

Pure 3dr SD4 Tech Man ; Firenze Red ; 19" Style 3 ; Pano ; Ebony / Ivory Int ; Auto dim rear view ; 2 seats ; Park Aid - Rear cam ; Ext. folding mirrors ; Adap Xenon ; Fogs ; Mud Flaps ; Side Steps - Rec'd 28/12/11 - Sadly going 6/6/14 - Gone, now running BMW X6

I have been told there is different wiring looms involved. (not sure if this is true, but it is on a BMW)

I have decided over the weekend, that I am going to stand my ground and get the car I have ordered, so if they decide to take my Xenons off my order then god help LR, you have been warned!

Now Sold: 5dr Pure SD4 Man / Fuji White / Pano Roof / Tech Park / Style 6 Alloys / Privacy Glass / Xenons / Black H'lining / Power Fold Door Mirrors / Power Tailgate / Carpet Mats / Front Fogs.

If the Xenons are taken off my order I've already decided to look into the new Jaguar XF Diesel, I just hope the waiting list isn't too long
