I can just see the warning on the centre display screen now:-

START ENGINE OR SWITCH OFF RECHARGABLE TORCH WITHIN THREE MINUTES! Laughing

I guess the cost is because of mods to the cover and wiring.

I bet you will find that some "technician" who has serviced your car will have found a new home for this if you leave it in the boot at service time..........

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
