New York motor show

In the run up to the motor show...

new pic against the dc100:

Nothing really new to read (except I hadn't seen the picture before).
But I do recall in a previous interview LR said that the New York show would be the measure of popularity and the primary influence to whether this goes into production or not. Cool

Ordered: Fuji Dynamic Lux Coupe / style 7 wheels / Privacy glass / adaptive xenons / something else which I've forgotton.
Should be end of April (was March, then April, then end of May/June).

RE: New York motor show

That picture gives a good size comparison of the DC100.................... BUT I see one huge problem for it, it looks even wider than the Evoque and that is not good for off road use where I do most of my off road playing - in the forests, between the trees, where a current Defender only just fits.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

The other problem is .... it's hideous. Resembles a toddler's plastic toy that sits forgotten in a corner covered in candy residue. Just saying'

I would like to get a set of those rear headrest, they would look great on the current model.

They look standard to me. (Standard UK anyway) - drop a note to duckworths or similar to see what sort of costs they are.
