New York motor show - RacingSnake - 02-04-2012 04:51pm In the run up to the motor show... new pic against the dc100: Article here: http://content.usatoday.com/communities/driveon/post/2012/04/land-rover-defender-evoque-convertible-new-york-show/1 Nothing really new to read (except I hadn't seen the picture before). But I do recall in a previous interview LR said that the New York show would be the measure of popularity and the primary influence to whether this goes into production or not. RE: New York motor show - XFullFatTim - 02-04-2012 06:23pm That picture gives a good size comparison of the DC100.................... BUT I see one huge problem for it, it looks even wider than the Evoque and that is not good for off road use where I do most of my off road playing - in the forests, between the trees, where a current Defender only just fits. RE: New York motor show - Evoqess - 02-04-2012 08:33pm The other problem is .... it's hideous. Resembles a toddler's plastic toy that sits forgotten in a corner covered in candy residue. Just saying' RE: New York motor show - RacingSnake - 02-04-2012 08:35pm you're talking about the DC100 I assume? RE: New York motor show - Sarcastrix - 05-04-2012 02:51pm More pics from the show: [attachment=1898][attachment=1899][attachment=1900][attachment=1901][attachment=1902] [attachment=1903][attachment=1904][attachment=1905] RE: New York motor show - Evoqess - 05-04-2012 03:10pm Hehe Racingsnake Oh and there is the nicest pic yet of the convertible - the one with the sheet on it RE: New York motor show - Biker - 05-04-2012 09:20pm I thought it was Victoria Beckham showing off her latest linen range, didn't know it was all about the evoque. RE: New York motor show - Xvoyag - 07-04-2012 04:04am I would like to get a set of those rear headrest, they would look great on the current model. (Standard UK anyway) - drop a note to duckworths or similar to see what sort of costs they are. RE: New York motor show - Sarcastrix - 07-04-2012 09:05am USA market cars have the large headrests http://babyrr.com/forum/Thread-Rear-Seat-Headrests?highlight=Headrest+size |
