Just sold mine to VW dealer as am gonna be away for a couple of months. They offered me quite a bit more than LR dealer. Made some effort to try to sell it privately but got loads of timewasters and fraudsters. Maybe just bad timing but I sort of think that people no longer like paying £20k+ for a car privately and they want the certainty of a dealer warranty. It looks like residuals are crashing at the moment tho so good luck everyone!

Going to try and sell my Landcruiser privately, not too many for sale. Since I ordered my evoque it's surprising how many people have said they'd be interested in buying it...so we will have to wait and see.
October just before winter should be a good time to sell a 4x4.
Arrived 16th December 2011: 5 door Prestige SD4 auto in Barolo black with ambience interior, pano roof, privacy and 20" style 6 alloys.

Will sell the Range Rover Sport privately in Septmeber/October prior to November delivery of the Evoque. Trying to sell my Cayenne privately now, put it on PistonHeads if anyone knows anyone etc...

I rarely trade in !! Pistionheads is where I sell My cars after the usual 3 years of ownership.. Trading in is of course easy but the Dealer will normally just give bottom book and Your position to negotiate a decent discount has gone as well ....

I remember when i traded in my E-Class Merc to buy the Jag, I really felt ripped off!

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
