Feeler for an Evoque/ Freelander2 only gentle drive in the country

I have been asked by the SLROC green road manager to gauge demand for a special "Taster" GRR only for Evoques and Freelanders. There are no plans at this moment but if I can show there is a need for something where there won't be super-tricked up Defenders / Discos/ and old FFRR's that tend to put many owners of Frelander1, Freelander2 and Evoque from joining in with the Green Road Runs. I would like to hope that we might have enough interest here to run something next year either at easter or on the Spring Bank Holiday weekend here in the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. I know that an Evoque can cope with every track in this forest as I have driven many miles in mine through them last spring when the local council closed the main roads - I also escorted a Nissan Micra, a Golf and an SLK over the forest tracks that day so it isn't that difficult!

This is what all the roads look like - smoother than many public roads!

Edit
Sorry I forgot to add a "Jeez, I wish I lived closer to Central Scotland" option!

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Sounds interesting Tim, would depend on timing etc etc, I wonder about insurance, since I doubt my bucket shop multicar policy would cover offroad...?

Yes. Interested. I'm always looking for a chance to get the car off road. Is this near the 3 Lochs Forest Drive?

If you mean the one above Aberfoyle - same forest but parts that you need a permit to get into, and across the other side between Gartmore and Drymen

You'll never need a passport - The SNP have shot themselves in both feet this weekend by not being able to tell the general public how much of the UK national debt they will be paying back.................. it wipes out several times over all the income they thought they were going to get from taxes and exports - my local SNP guy thought they might have to consider renting the Nuclear Submarine base on the Clyde back to Nato to earn some money! It appears that Mr Salmond thought that London might just forget the national debt that was partly incurred by Scotland
