I'm still considering taking LR off the rear. I was thinking about putting black on the bonnet. I will have to look at it for a while to see it I like the bonnet or not. I still have work to do on the grey trim. So it's a work in progress. I was going to but the trim pieces in black instead of painting. That is, until the dealer told me 1000.00 dollars for 4 pieces of plastic trim! I asked, "or you kidding me?" no, this is the price. I can get them painted for less than that if I remove them and drop them off at the auto body shop!

I think 'yes' to black on the bonnet

RE: Debadged (almost)

I had the dealer remove the Evoque badge on delivery - I've always disliked the name, preferring LRX.

I went out and did a walk around. It is better looking as you move away. You can actually see the hood lines match up with the grill. The badges seem to be to bright. They break the flow of the original design. I need to take some pics for y'all from farther away. It will have to wait as it is raining now.
Sad
got some more

RE: Debadged (almost)

LR could probably save a few ££££'s on every Evoque by leaving off all the badges, it's such an iconic car now that it doesn't really need any badges to tell you what it is!

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Funny things with used badges...

As I suffer from a mind case of OCD, could we have the newly adapted "Evoque Gearbox Badge" re-alligned so that it is perfectly straight!!! LOL.

Many thanks. RB.
