A few Topix Items, subscription anyone?

Can't tell if these are all Evoque, anyone with subscription able to shed any light?

SSM66657 - Battery going flat,BMS, stop start inop, low battery warning on
SSM64837 - L538/RR Evoque HVAC odour investigation
SSM63057 - Evoque 2012 onwards difficult to open doors in cold conditions
SSM64197 - Panoramic glass roof panel cracked
SSM66617 - Charging vehicles fitted with Battery Monitoring systems
SSM66877 - L538/L359 EPB Park Brake Activation disabled
SSM66897 - RR Evoque and Freelander 2: EPB DTC Codes C2007-11 and C2008-11
SSM64337 - Vehicle fails to lock or both Mirrors fail to fold/unfold when locking/unlocking

Title: Panoramic glass roof panel cracked

Issue: We have seen warranty claims for Panoramic glass roof panels being changed due to them being cracked
Cause: The root cause is under investigatiion and answering the following questions would greatly help our Engineering team
Action: If any Dealer has an Evoque with a cracked Panoramic roof please contact <deleted to protect from spamming> with answers to the following questions

1. What was the temperature at time of cracking?
2. Did customer hear a cracking noise?
3. Did cracking occur whilst driving?
4. If occurred when vehicle parked, what was the environment? (car park, road side, under trees)
5. Were there any external impacts which have influenced the defect?
6. What was the driving environment? (motorway, road condition, off road)
7. What was the driving speed at time of cracking?
8. How many passengers were in the vehicle at time of cracking?
9. Was the roof roller blind open or closed?
10.Was there any noise from roof area prior to cracking? (squeaks, creaks, rattles, vibration)

It doesn't confirm ALL cases of cracking will be replaced though, it only asks under what circumstances - offroad and with car full of passengers could be considered putting the body under stress therefore possibly under those conditions would not be honoured as a warranty claim, but the owner has to claim on insurance.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
