RE: 2016 facelift conversion.

Well I have sent two emails to DCC 4x4 for the LED headlights and 3 emails to Dan at duckworth for the MY16 blackpack LED tail lights.
No one is getting back to me. Apparently making money in selling me parts is something these two companies don't care to do. Maybe cause I'm a yank? Either way, I have hit NOTHING but dead ends on trying to get either of those companies to send me info so I can make my purchase from here in the states for my 2014 dynamic.

I'd love to hear what they say to you if you called them.

@nickj and others, it looks like powerfuluk is working on it. Check out the COMMENTS on this video

I have sent multiple emails to DCC 4x4 but they dont' seem to care about selling me their kit to convert over to the MY16. I never got a reply from them. Sad

RE: 2016 facelift conversion.

Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the exhaust trims and finishers from Dynamic to Pure, 2015 model? I have one round exhaust in my car, but I am would like to chance these two plastic parts and the exhaust finishers to the square type ones...

Okey, found the answer myself.. unfortunately it is not that easy....

Hi Nick, it's not in the video at all so no need to watch the video. It's in the comment section of youtube.
Meaning if you click the video link, it will launch youtube in it's own window. Then scroll down and read the comments under the video.

Seems promising sir.

P.S. I cannot get a hold of DCC4x4 to save my life.

Not on Facebook, so video plays but no option to views comments? DCC seem very wishy washy on this. As I mentioned when I spoke to them it seemed under development, but not sorted.

guys i saw this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZUB0eaCsag

Some info for the guys trying this.

a while back I had a seat leon fr mk2 with halogen lights and retrofitted the xenon headlights the car needed a change in the connector for the headlight, which is not the case here and to run two cables to the canbus module and activate the option via VAG.

The solution is via wiring diagrams not only on the headlight side but in the car side also. We need to understand where all cable go and get a new module from a facelift to see if that way works (and get the right cables in the connector)

RE: 2016 facelift conversion.

Well, after giving up on the headlights a year ago, I've just found a new enthusiasm to finish of the conversion.

Just sold my weekend toy, as buying new house so freeing up the cash was useful. Also means the wife's Evoque is getting a new focus as get bored if I'm not tweaking a car!

It appears now a few companies seem to have cracked the headlights, so have managed to find a company who will convert my black pack lights. Should be a couple of weeks. My lights are fairly rare as black pack and have darker surrounds to the drls.

Also, got a rear bootlid with twin fin rear spoiler. Have an immaculate Fuji white bootlid spare if anyone interested!

As photobucket is rubbish few pics for the thread as all my old ones are lost.

Facelift bumper with black pack fogs and grill, facelift wing mirrors, 3 door bonnet, black pack rear lights, and 22" facelift style wheels.

Will have black pack front light available and dynamic gloss black rear spoiler available for sale shortly if anyone Interested.
