it's a tough one to comment on the clear coat without seeing the location/size of the touch up. Generally I tend to buy premixed top and clear coat so I don't need to apply separate clear coat.

I usually head over to detailingworld or youtube for videos on topics such as paint touch up. It's a bit of an art though and if its on the edge probably better off left rather than wet sanding unless...

If you get to Over the Rainbow off peak - mid morning is usually a good time then you won't have to wait long. Alfie, the owner, is a great guy and they're the only 'car wash' I ever trust with my car...

it's just a paintjob on the bumpers and the wheel arches and side trims - no bodykit on there.

Get in touch with Land Rover Customer services who are usually very good at dealing with issues. I have seen cars rejected for less serious issues.
