The brokers should be able to offer you a fixed or floating rate and should be able to tell you which bank is underwriting the loan.

I'm not sure I'm afraid.
Have you thought about a floating rather than a fixed rate? I think they are knocking around 4% above LIBOR. |

ING Asset Finance offer the lowest rates in the market so your broker will need to have a relationship with them. I know that Oracle does have a relationship - there may be other brokers as well.
