I had my Evoque to be examined by an Engineer and he couldn't reproduce the problem. They suggested to me that I put some more mileage on her and come back if that happens again.

I went to the dealer early this morning and I was able to open the gas filler doors of some of the Land Rovers (including Evoque) parked on their yard. :lol::lol::lol: So, yes, it's a US thing...

Either one should be there - lockable cap or lockable door. Non-sense if it's wide open to anyone. :(

I just tested. I power-alarm locked my Evoque, and left the key inside home. Walked out and pressed gas door and it opens nicely. D'oh! Is mine messed up (again), then? Dealer said it's expected ...
