Autologic is capable of editing the ccf. Dealer can also make change with JLR tool but not all dealers will agree to do it.

You need a Land Rover specific tool, configuration file will be currently set for Halogen lights and will need changed to Xenons. LR dealer or independent LR specialist will have necessary programming...
