RE: Looking forward to Saturday!!! - speary - 21-09-2012 01:01pm Welcome to the forum Your going to be busy, hope you get time to drive it ![]() RE: Looking forward to Saturday!!! - ranksie - 21-09-2012 03:45pm Hi Thanks for the welcome. A lot of the mods are being carried out before I take delivery tomorrow at the dealership, at least this way some of the hassle is out of the way! That being said I have just bought a Dynamic Rear bumper from ebay so will need to get that painted and fitted now, hopefully it should be worth it? ![]() RE: Looking forward to Saturday!!! - ranksie - 25-09-2012 06:20pm Well, its been a couple of days now since I got the car, really pleased with it so far! Had a few of the mods done, 22" wheels, colour coding, stainless rims to tweeters, black Range Rover Lettering and plush floor mats. ALso found a rear Dynamic bumper on ebay at the weekend so having that sprayed at the minute, just got to get the exhaust tips fitment. Really pleased with how it looks however I think it might need lowering slightly to really suit the wheels, so homework in progress to find out the best and most cost effective set up. Hopefully this weekend I should be fitting the Range Rover Evoque bonnett vents, once delivery arrives from Dan at Duckworths (who has been very helpful) along with attempting the fitting of the front fogs. Will keep you informed how it goes. G RE: Looking forward to Saturday!!! - ranksie - 03-10-2012 03:57pm Well! after reading the reviews on carrying out the fog lights conversion yourself I thought I would put an hour or two aside today to get them done.... Ouch !!!!!! [attachment=2843] As already mentioned on another post, this can be a bit painful and include a lot of swearing but worth it in the end!! In my temper I kept forgetting to take photos, however here are a few. [attachment=2844][attachment=2845][attachment=2846][attachment=2846] The drivers side was really difficult, with the water reservoir in the way, however with a little gentle persuasion I finally got it in ![]() [attachment=2847] RE: Looking forward to Saturday!!! - XFullFatTim - 03-10-2012 04:17pm Just watch out for the forum number plate police.................. otherwise it looks a good job well done.
