No the courtesy car will be a Ford Focus Estate 14 plate to be delivered approx mid day tomorrow. Doubt the car will go back to the factory, I am just waiting for the BS, excuses and 'get out' clauses. RE: Gearbox Fault - DO NOT BUY THE 9 Speed Auto - XFullFatTim - 20-10-2014 09:29pm Makes me wonder what has happened to LRA's statement that they "would provide a Land Rover product or if not available then an equivalent vehicle". I would hardly call a Focus (although a very good vehicle) an equivalent to an Evoque - but then they are hardly going to give you a competitors car are they, you might never take back your broken Land Rover product! Tim, I don't want back my broken LR product!. RE: Gearbox Fault - DO NOT BUY THE 9 Speed Auto - XFullFatTim - 20-10-2014 09:32pm Don't blame you. Did you by any chance borrow any money to buy it as you should involve the lender asap if you did. However it adds to the compo claim headlined in the 'red tops' as "Pensioners left stranded in the wilds of Scotland by poor quality LR products and dealers 'could not care less' attitude!.
