Final nails and coffins come to mind Tony

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

No the courtesy car will be a Ford Focus Estate 14 plate to be delivered approx mid day tomorrow.

Doubt the car will go back to the factory, I am just waiting for the BS, excuses and 'get out' clauses.

Makes me wonder what has happened to LRA's statement that they "would provide a Land Rover product or if not available then an equivalent vehicle". I would hardly call a Focus (although a very good vehicle) an equivalent to an Evoque - but then they are hardly going to give you a competitors car are they, you might never take back your broken Land Rover product!

Don't blame you. Did you by any chance borrow any money to buy it as you should involve the lender asap if you did.

No, I am retired blue chip company Communications Manager so had to pay cash.

However it adds to the compo claim headlined in the 'red tops' as "Pensioners left stranded in the wilds of Scotland by poor quality LR products and dealers 'could not care less' attitude!.
