My Iphone is no longer recognized after updating to the latest iPhone software.
Strange because I have full functionality with mine updated yesterday to iOS6
My wifes 3GS and my 4 are working without problems

Maybe just me then? it was working before....
My wife's 5 and my updated 4s are working fine too.....
4 & 5 on IOS6 both working as expected on manual prestige SD4 (and BMW 320d).
Do you still have the same problem with the music turning itself off in ISO 6?
Mine is working fine, playing all podcasts via Bluetooth fine

Spotify works ok. However, OS6 maps app is disgraceful. Update your OS at your peril!
