passenger airbag on or off ?

i have set my passenger airbag to on in the settings. but the oblong light just below roof switch says
passenger airbag off for a few seconds after starting the engine.

2013 auto sicillian yellow special edition. with all the goodies supplied with this model.

Don't worry, this is normal. It shows that the bulb is working for safety reasons.
