iPhone 4s streaming not working via Bluetooth or AirPlay

I have the same OS and I can play my music via blue tooth or iPod. The car recognises both.
Somewhere in the North Sea.

I have IOS 5.1.1 on my Iphone 4 and it works flawlessly, I can even connect my work phone to the car and still stream music from my Iphone.
