how to change speedometer from mph to kph plz help

hi
my bro is bringing his range evouqe from the states to UAE united arab emirates
so he wants to change the speedometer from mph to km/h is there any thing in the screen in the dash to change it
is there is a way like to change mph to kph like in the pic

I'm posting this when my owners manual is 3000 mies away! Yes you can change the digital read out but not the analogue dials. Using the steering wheel right hand side button you can enter the info menu and scroll through the options until you find the km/ltrs option

Like Tim said, and it's under the trip computer settings.
Evoque SD4 Coupé Dynamic, Fuji White, Santoriny Pano roof, Lux pack, RSE, style 8 wheels, along with everything else.
