fitting TPMS on evoque

hi, I bought a 65,000 (too expensive on my country) evoque and it didnt came with tire pressure sensors!!! Evil mine came with a 20" OEM rims and it was a "SPORT" edition Confused
I thought they were standard on all vehicles...
sooo, the question is, Can I fit a TPMS without going to the dealership?? I searched google, and only found replacements
