Why wait for 62 reg

I strangely feel the same about the looks of the later plates, maybe as I've got 53, 54 and 56 plate cars at the minute. Got my private plate to put on the evoque anyway but still strange eh!?

The plates wouldn't bother me but MY13 could make me think about whether to wait or not, because........
My family are in the process of buying a new Mercedes and we have just been told that the new cars built from July will be MY13 and there are subtle changes to the spec, some being colours, sat nav upgrades etc so it's possible there could be some changes to the Evoque on the MY13 builds. May be worth finding out how the MY13's differ from the MY12's!

I only just realised you said Mercedes. Never mind!

Just spoken to the dealer about the my13 evoques. They have told me it will be cars built from approx October onwards, they also mentioned the 2.5% price increase as an indication of an my13 build and that there were no spec changes advised to them at this stage.

Mine is expected in Aug but as I am away most of Aug I have asked to hand on until 1st Sept.

Makes sense then griff if you are away. The dealer told me build still 6th July but to expect the car to be at the dealer 5 days later. Everything seems to be speeding up!!

I don't think I could wait from the beginning of July to September!!

I have told my dealer if the car arrives end of July Inwill have it but if it arrives after 2nd Aug then I ain't back until 24th Aug hence hanging on a couple of days.
