The Eagle has just landed!

It's all mine now, nearly had it's first bash when a dumb young lady on a Barbie Pink Fiat 500 never bothered to stop at a give way, the horn works well!

Have at least 3 possibly 4 whizz bang gadgets/functions we never even knew were coming and they are common across the range, will post them when I get home if I can remember everything Matt at Lookers told me in the 2 hour hand over.

I Would publicly like to thank all the staff at Lookers Park Royal for their efforts to get the car ready today, everybody from the sales team and showroom staff through to the folks out the back who normally we customers never meet. Many many thanks to you all, it must have been a nightmare day trying to get everything to closure.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

RE: The Eagle has just landed!

Thanks Tim, was no trouble at all and we really appreciate the distance you travel to buy from us. I'm not sure if the chap on the forecourt (who had literally just ordered one moments before) believed the you had traveled from the middle of Scotland to collect it!!

As mentioned above, safe journey and look forward to hearing and seeing (pics) what you think on the way home.

RE: The Eagle has just landed!

Nick there are loads if you go looking! I'm saving the best ones for posting on Monday though. Weather forecast is looking good for a dirty weekend on the west coast lanes too!
Just for you Nick

Itvwouldcbe an ideal car for Chicken George - max towing capacity is only 1800kgs, so only small vans behind Evoques!

Looks nice in white, quite a low tow weight for me and my plans on the next 'van.
