TOPIx problems

For the last 2 days I haven't been able to access the Topix website, I get error messages all the time. Is anyone else having a problem? I use an iPad to access the website.
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Just accessed mine, no problem here. (using Macbook)

I was able to log in two days ago but kept getting errors when I tried to 'delve in' to any detail (ie owners' manual)
Pure 3dr SD4 Tech Man ; Firenze Red ; 19" Style 3 ; Pano ; Ebony / Ivory Int ; Auto dim rear view ; 2 seats ; Park Aid - Rear cam ; Ext. folding mirrors ; Adap Xenon ; Fogs ; Mud Flaps ; Side Steps - Rec'd 28/12/11 - Sadly going 6/6/14 - Gone, now running BMW X6

It was the owner's manual and the accessories instructions that I was trying to access - will try from my laptop or Mac later then.

Yes, works okay until you try to access any documents like the Owners Manual, then you get "An unexpected error has occurred". That's using a iPad.

My local dealership also couldn't get into it yesterday, but I've just managed to access all the info from my Macbook Air so it must be an iPad thing

What info are you looking for? If you input your vin you will get all the relevant information relating to your car - but a lot of it will not be accessible unless you purchase a subscription.

Trying to find information on the dash board information system and also the suspension.

Am yet to find something I can look at to be honest, all says subscription.
