I suppose you could, but I think it would look strange when only one tailpipe is functional and the other not.
But yes the cover is £20 odd pounds, so not a lot of money and you could make whatever mod you wanted to the tailpipes.

Hi TheMacs, by the time I realized the TD4 on had one exhaust, it was too late to change the order and I did not want an SD4 either. Everyone to their own opinion. The twin pipes enhance my enjoyment of the vehicle. As for depreciation and devaluing the Evoque, we all pretty much do that every time we get behind the wheel and drive them...... I have not bought the vehicle for its resale values, but for the enjoyment of the vehicle, enjoy yours as you see fit and I shall do likewise.

That's fair comment, we are all entitled to our opinion and the one exhaust was the main reason we changed to an Sd4 from a Td4, some would say that is daft or vein, thats fair comment, but that's what I wanted!

Lucky you guys, SD and TD prices difference in Australia is $5000 AUD!
