Speed limit on SatNav

Does anybody know if it's possible to enable the speed limit (for the road your on) to show you the SatNav?

No, but if you have the Road Sign Recognition system it seems to use a database of signs as well as the camera in the front of the RVM for sign locations as I had signs (including speed limits) come up in my last Evoque with the system that were not actually there any more!
