Skyfall - the new 007 movie

Anybody been to see it yet? Looks like a vertiable JLR fest with the odd Aston Martin DB5 thrown in for good measure.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Not yet, but I heard Bond doesn't drive the Evoque, but a female Secret Agent does, while Bond drives the FullFat...

I'm going next weekend once the furore and queues have died down a bit - will look out for the Evoque. The clips I've seen on You-tube have had lots of Discos, L322 FFRR's, various Defenders and Jag XF's but no Evoque spotted yet!

RE: Skyfall - the new 007 movie

There was a big mention of it on the news, putting the case for what a good year it has been for Great Britain, The Jubilee, Olympics etc, and it seems this film is another big plug for GB PLC and why not.

My son is going to to see it Friday, me, I'll just wait for the BluRay to come out.

Booked to see it Monday evening at Cineworld VIP Chichester - just my cup of tea.

Arrived: SD4 Prestige Auto Coupe with Lux pack. Ipanema Sand with Black Panoramic Roof
Ambience Interior with Macassa wood.

Now a Jag XFR Kyanite Blue - wow what power.
At home and superb.

What's the news from anyone that's seen the movie. Re: JLR cars.

Good use of a Defender country. RR used as a 'limo'. And a couple of static 'product placement' Evoques in one of the underground scenes (blink and you'll miss them!)

Re the film, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Pure 3dr SD4 Tech Man ; Firenze Red ; 19" Style 3 ; Pano ; Ebony / Ivory Int ; Auto dim rear view ; 2 seats ; Park Aid - Rear cam ; Ext. folding mirrors ; Adap Xenon ; Fogs ; Mud Flaps ; Side Steps - Rec'd 28/12/11 - Sadly going 6/6/14 - Gone, now running BMW X6

Saw it last night. An Evoque in OG appears for about 1 second in an underground car park. That's it.
