Do you reckon they will stop a car door banging into the door?

Had a Pure TD4, Fuji White - now have Dynamic SD4, Fuji White 9 Speed auto with Verve Interior - let the new project begin!

Side Steps

How can these be ghastly?

I have seen other versions fitted and they really look crap!

These steps are all aluminium and stainless steel and put together with nuts and bolts, not cheap pop rivit fixes. Shocked

I like them but I think you should add roof rails as well now. Without them the top seems a bit naked combined with the sidesteps.

Dynamic SD4 Auto 5dr, Tech Pack, Santorini Black, Verve Interior with Ebony headlining, Panoramic Roof, Privacy Glass, Solar Attenuating Glass, Style 7 Alloys, Adaptive Dynamics.

Then it will start to morph into a shogun! Don't add roof rails

+1, no practical purpose at all. Even my 80+ year mother in law can get into a RRE without side steps!

Arrived 16 December 2011: Prestige SD4 auto 5dr in OG with Adaptive Dynamics, Adaptive Xenons, Surround Cameras, Auto Dimming Rearview, Grey Oak Wood, Spare Wheel and Powered Tailgate.

Joining 2010 Freelander XS Td4e in Stornoway Grey (we like Grey!)
