Satisfaction Survey

A couple of weeks ago, I received my online satisfaction survey. I duly filled it in, marking zero wherever possible. I added explanation's, i.e.; car is crap, LRCS is crap and dealer is a liar..........Strange thing is...........I've received NO feedback to the feedback Kind of proves me right about JLR.

I had one last week for my RRS....................... I doubt that I will hear anything back as I also told them a few home truths about quality and QC
