Satalite Nav updates (software not maps)
Can the software be updated? I have a 2012 and would like to be able to upload my own POI. I know you can get the map but I think this just updates maps not the software

Not to my knowledge, I've updated the maps at cost, only to find the road I wanted is still not on there, even though it's on my 2015 paper map
And on our other car Volvo give free map updates of more up to date maps...
Pretty poor showing from LR on this particular bit.

Looks like they come with 3 years free updates now through incontrol.

The updates are linked to the vehicle VIN so can only be applied to that car..............
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
