SatNav Freezes

On a long trip yesterday, initially the RH of the split Satnav screen froze which eventually migrated to be the whole satnav. Having constantly cancelled guidance and re-established my destination the satnav would freeze within minutes till eventually I used the old fashioned 'follow the road signs' method, turning the satnav off! Stopping and turning the car off didn't help. Today, not the same problem but everytime the voice guidance spoke it would cancel my iphone music. To re-establish I had to disconnect and re-connect my iphone till eventually I sacked the satnav again. Will try again tomorrow but not happy with the satnav at the mo.

software glich...reboot at dealer should have it sorted....
