RSE - rear seat entertainment

Anyone in the know or maybe has some pictures of that thing we now think is not a cup holder but a RSE gadget holder. Ideas on whether it's movable and/or only on the 'two seater' and not the bench?

Anyone else ordered RSE?

RE: RSE - rear seat entertainment

Guess I'm a forum loner on the RSE then.
Think I'll be quite cosy out on the drive in the back of the car with my sleeping bag Very Happy

Thought you'd find me more pictures and info Berlin Crying

Need to check the manual but can't access it right now.

Sorry Charlie, can't bring myself to look into it...still not sure I made the right decision not to select the RSE! Damn it!

You already said your kids had iPads and as already discussed many think those are better. I've already been slated on here for ordering it. Let's just say RSE suits my family better Very Happy
Just had a look at the manual and no clues in there about the remote dock. Oh well.

Have you tried looking in the TOPix website for the Audio instruction manual Charlie?

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Hi Token...Might be wrong but don't think you can fit RSE with the seats used in a LUX pack

Currently have a FFRR 4.4 TDV8 which I am keeping...now waiting for Dynamic Evoque in Fuji white with a couple of extras!!!!....wife thinks its for her and so does my secretary LaughingLaughing

RE: RSE - rear seat entertainment

C, I actually looked for a bench seat version of that rear 'cup holder' Laughing photo I posted at the time I posted that and could find no evidence whatsoever of the same being available on the bench seat…

The photo below is from a 5 door, bench seat (obviously) with RSE and no obvious docking station - my best guess is that it's below the rear vents in that little 'upright' black section?

I've also attached the two pages from the manual dealing with the remote and highlighted all the bits that talk to docking but nothing in there explains where the dock is.

.pdf  RSE.pdf (Size: 169.8 KB / Downloads: 22)

Current: SD4 Dynamic Auto, 5 Door, Orkney Grey with Black Contrast Pano roof and 20" Shadow Chrome wheels. Pursuit interior. [countdown="Hand over"]15th June 2013 2:00pm[/countdown]

Gone: Si4 Prestige Auto Coupe, Orkney Grey with Panoramic Roof, Element interior, Shadow Chrome 20" wheels with most of the bits & pieces loaded. [countdown="Hand over"]29th November 2011 2:00pm[/countdown]

Christ - another black mark against the 2 individual rear seats (unless the docking station can be moved...). Looks pretty bad where it is I think!

Jim, it's the Plus pack seats you cannot spec RSE with, Lux pack uses normal seats IIRC

You're right Charlie and it's not good value for money...but I'm also rather fickle and whatever anyone says, a car with RSE is cooler than one without!
