Fullboat2 you might get a more RRS orientated reply if you asked over on http://www.rrsport.co.uk. It is the No1 Internet forum for RRS owners. My 1st two RRS's didn't have remote opening or closing but my current 2015MY RRs2 has both.
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

FullFat, I've got a MY16 and you can only close the tailgate by pressing the button on tailgate or doing a guesture kick under the car (same method as opening).
To my knowledge it won't close from the FOB or driver's button.

Can't seem to be successful in sending you a PM.

Anyhow Im interested in a tailgate auto closer for my RR Sport (MY12). it has a powered tailgate.

As Im keyless, my preference would be to be able to close from a switch within the cabin. Can you help at all?

Big thanks to philskill for the boot module. Instructions were simple and clear and fitted in minutes. However, I hate scotch locks... And the inevitable happened! The scotch lock cut straight through one of the wires on the car! I had to patch it up but wasn't too hard. Other than that, it works a treat. Just be careful when applying the scotch lock and make sure it's in the right place. Very Happy
