We have a brand new Sport on the drive until the wheels are sorted, refunded the cost of having the wheels painted and a big bottle of champers.
But.......do you know what, it's not enough compared to the disappointment of yet again, leaving the dealers without the car you ordered!

Sounds like there is a serious lack of communication between the sales and service sides of your dealership.... Hopefully they will have it all sorted out in a few days. In the mean time enjoy the RRS!
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Would just like to say that Land Rover have now delivered our new car to us, and we are more than happy
with how the sales manager (David) handled our problem, and it would be fair to say that he went above,
and beyond in sorting out our situation.
Happy customers once again.

Rob, glad to hear you things have been sorted to your satisfaction.

Hopefully, you will finally get to enjoy the car.

I get my dynamic lux on Tuesday next week so hopefully no posts from me with regards to order errors...........it's 6 weeks early so I hope it's actually my car!!!
