New Evoque Competitor that’s an EV

JLR watch out, there’s an Evoque sized new EV SUV on the block.
I could cancel my order for a Defender 90 and sell on my Mini to buy one of these and have money in the bank…..

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

The Fisker looks good, but on pure aesthetics alone, i personally still think the Evoque's signature silhouette is hard to beat.

I don’t know what to do. I still have my 2012 ‘full fat’ diesel evoque and now will be hit with the London ULEZ charge - blast it!

I say...keep the Evoque! Its the original version of what has become an iconic and unique design.
The designers first stroke of the pen is often the best, and it is such with this car.....even down to the original signature DTR lights, and every other single detail and extreme proportions of the original "full fat" Dynamic Evoque, is just perfection! Has to be a future collectable classic this one.

Thanks for the reply and encouraging words. I still really like the car, apart from the wear on the drivers seat, with a normal clean it still comes up as brand new and the leather dash, seats and sides will age the same colour (unlike my 22 yr old MGF).
Laughing For the additional cost of depreciation and new buy vs ULEZ (expansion) every time it’s used, yes maybe you are right. I’ll keep it for now and see how it goes.
BTW: The MGF is petrol and comes up as ULEZ exempt. Not sure how that works, but I’ve checked it a few times.
Tax is double the RRE due to emissions, so I thought….
