Anybody realized there is no "Range Rover" lettering at the back now?

Really??? Why are they trying to land rover the hell out it??

Because last year at launch they were accused by the motoring press of over badging it and de-valuing the RR name. Could be worse - they could have replaced the badges with Tata badges (maybe that's on the menu for 2013.5MY...............)

Other than the addition of the LR badge to the radiator grille there is no change to the exterior of the car from MY12. The configurator has always programmed that when you select delete engine badge it removes the "Range Rover" letters from the boot; is this where you are taking your info from?

I really hope that's a mistake! I can't see the rear Range Rover logo on any model in the configurator!!

I did not select delete engine badge at all. I just selected an evoque dynamic, and see the external view. At the beginning I found the rear side a little different but wasn´t able to figure out why, until I saw there was no lettering. I have always seen this Range Rover lettering before the MY13 configurator change. It can be a mistake with too much photoshop, or just a silly mistake, but for the moment the lettering is not there. On the spanish configurator it has dissapeared too. Until this change it was there even though you selected delete engine badge.

I've just asked my dealer who is going to check.

Also in Belgium the lettering has dissapeared, anyhow the badge on the front grill isn't there either...

Indeed, no rear lettering on UK config.....how odd. Prob just a tech glitch.

Maybe they regret badging as a Range Rover, as it kinda widens the 'posh' gap somewhat. £20k+ for a base Evoque > £70k for a base new Range Rover.....Stretching the 'poshness' band somewhat

Just sent a pm to guy who works at Halewood he will let me know if there is lettering or not.
