Lazy question

Quick question

For some reason my interior lights don't come on when I go to open the car. They work fine when I'm in the car and switch them on.
Any ideas

Also when driving alone and changing temp on dials can you set it so you don't have to change the passenger temp to match yours.

Cheers

RE: Lazy question

Have you reset any settings in the dashboard controls?
Answer to the second question is no, they cannot be linked - it has been debated a lot previously. You can have different temperature up to IIRC 5 numbers difference between the settings, but you cannot set the controller so that turning the driver's also turns the passenger side.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

RE: Lazy question

Point 1 - Hold your hand under the front centre courtesy light for 2 - 3 secs and you will turn auto lights back on (sounds like you did similar accidentally and turned them off ; this is covered elsewhere on here and is in manual if you need more detail)

Point 2 - no.
