Land Rover Oval badge to Range Rover

Bit bored so thought I'd change the oval badges to Range Rover ones. Nothing against the LR ones just fancied a change and have everything matching. Will do the front one when my facelift grill arrives. Changed my wheel centre caps already to Rr already.

£6.99 from eBay for 2 badges. Perfect fit and easy to do. Once badge removed there are 2 small holes on the back. I got a knife and pushed from back, and oem badge popped of easily. Peel of backing and stick down. 2 mins.

RE: Land Rover Oval badge to Range Rover

I did the same thing to my from grille on my 2013 Dynamic Coupe. I completely just debadged the rear Green Land Rover though. I was going to buy a 2012 Dynamic front grille with the badge delete but priorities came first. The $2.99 Range Rover badge works just fine.

It's definitely a nice cheap mod that looks smart.

Trail fitted a back badge.

I like the badge but think I prefer the no badge look on the back? What do you guys think? Might just update the front one?

Since you have gone all black, it looks better without the badge. One thing that disturbs the look is the red foglights.
I have been trying to find white ones, but without succes

Yep, ditch the badge. As it's same name as big lettering, you can't help thinking why it would be there?

Yes, smoked does look better than red ones, so maybe I just have to settle for those.

Can you confirm your method of removing the original land rover oval badges on both the front and rear. I have purchased the RR oval badges and just want to make sure I swap them out correctly. Also, can you just change the oval badge on the rear without changing the oval holder for the badge?

ThanksVery Happy

Be aware that the OEM RR wheel centre caps seem to delaminate over about 12-18 months. Best Chinese quality I fear

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Yes, don't remove them at all. Stick the RR ones straight on top, front and rear.
Allow at least 10 seconds per fit though Wink
