Edit: Just called the dealer and told them if its going to be that long, to delay it a couple of weeks and give me a 64 plate!

Welcome to the fold, 64 plates start on 1 Sept so you will be ok, enjoy the site while you wait, it will be worth it.

And i thought 3 months was a long wait, It's very true though worth the wait we well and truly love our one.

Lol, i did this most days, trying to find pics in the same colour, watching endless reviews about the car. Not watched one since it arrived though lol..

Haha, I even watched an 8 minute review entirely in German somewhere along the line...

LR have done some very good business in the UK market in the last two months.

I'm one of those who took advantage of LR's generosity and have a new Evoque being built at the end of next month.

Take all that extra order capacity and in the factory shut down in August, and it may well explain why once again newly placed orders are going backwards.

There is also the baby Disco/ Freelander3 to be got up and running at Halewood too and that may also be what is causing delays for Evoque production

I've already gone back and upgraded to the pano roof + xenon lights. Better stop reading here or I'll end up with a Dynamic Lux...
