Is my Evoque due a service??
The last service was December 2015 with mileage at 36,000. If I stick to the 12 month rule, it's due a service - but... it's inly on 39,000 now - so hardly seems worth the nigh on (rip off IMO) £500.
Are the service intervals every 12 months regardless of mileage?

I'm not sure what to think... common sense would say that, after so few miles; it could go a while longer before having its next service...

Of course it may take longer, but what do you think they're going to say if anything with the car goes wrong and you were late with maintenance...

What year is your vehicle? Is it still under manufacturers warranty?

It's a very early 2012 model but is approved used with another 18 months left on warranty.

RE: Is my Evoque due a service??
You have 28 days after the service indicator shows and it counts down, but to maintain the warranty the service interval for pre 2016MY is every 12 Months OR 15000 miles which ever comes first, so you will soon be overdue a service even with tiny miles run.
My Defender requires 6 months servicing (the intermediate one is only a lubrication of the running gear) but as it only does 3000 a year maximum it gets an annual service and it is now 21 years old ..................... and has never broken down in that time. It will be due it's 3rd timing belt change this coming August which is due every 7 years or 70,000 miles whichever comes first, it has now got 88500 miles up but there is no way I would have missed the timing belt changes at years 7 and 14 just because it hadn't done the miles.
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

You don't have to have a range rover service to keep warranty. As long as its carried out by a competent mechanic, to range rover spec using genuine parts they cannot bin off a genuine claim.

What if you miss the 12 month deadline? As in; I'll be a few weeks out by the time it's done...
