my thoughts exactly.... maybe the boffins can advise the possibilities of this being anything but a scam.

Can't speak much German, but from what I can see this is just a generic chipper, it's not a custom-tune for the Evoque. I know the ebay item description says it's for the Evoque, but if you look at the seller's other items it just looks like he's listing the same items for lots of different vehicles.
