RE: How was your dealer experience?

I'm 57 and the advantage is that everyone thinks I'm an awkward old sod when I'm just playing them along!
I love being old but 25 at heart!?!

Ambience Interior with Macassa wood.

Stick to a factual account and libel is of no concern. Stray into expressions of opinion and things get a little greyer. The OP is factual, so no problem.

Arrived (5/11/11): SD4 5-door "Presnamic" Lux Very Happy Auto, Fuji, Spirit/Tan, Style 8 20" Wheels, fully loaded (bar RSE, smoker's pack and Homelink)

Once represented a member who was defamed by one of the big tv companies. We paid our members cost. We won and got an opology from the company. It cost us £750,000.00 as costs are rarely awarded in libel cases. That said; Truth is a defence and what I speak is just that. I actually could have said even more but didn't want to be petty. Like for instance because of the error I drove home unisured.

The thing is that I'm a real believer in fair play and I realise that mistakes do happen but this was more than that in my opinion.

No compensation offered. The only freebie...a quarter tank of diesel. They even charged me £60.00 for two sets of plates!

You must be quite close to me but from memory you aren't using the same dealer...Phew!!!

I wouldn't worry too much THEMACS, I bought it from the West Mids. As for the interior the black leather (We have a horse at the farm and it seemed a sensible colour choice)

Arrived. Prestige SD4 Auto 5DR OG September 11
