How many miles on the clock when you picked up your cars?

Seems (one theory at least,as given by the body shop estimator) that someone was probably `leaning` on the car to have a look inside and was more than likely wearing a ring !!! The other possibility is that the damage was caused by the strap of a wrist watch. I`ve put it down to cusiosity from an admiring passer by.

I was told on the factory tour that quality control will take so many on a road test of about 25 miles. So if you get one around that number then you know it's had a road test.

IIRC mine had about 15 miles on it when I drove out of LPR (but it had been to have some kit fitted by 3rd party suppliers) and 490 by the time I got it home a day later

28.....I think.....it was all in the excitement that I forgot to check.... By the end of the day it had done 68 ....and that's just in London......
