Hardwiring fuses / wires in the Evoque for V1 / Camera
Hey forum members,
Does anyone have any references to where you can hardwire a detector / camera for a live wire which powers on during "position 2" in the ignition?
I can't find any wires which function like this - the only wires which work is when the car is RUNNING. I want it while the car is in turn-key position 2 so that the camera is running during traffic stops / etc...
This car has become so sophisticated that I don't want to rip up the headliner for ceiling lights.

Try contacting forum member Bell Auto Services - Pete Bell has been at the fore-front of the electrical systems of Evoque and can advise on fitting after market cameras etc
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
