RE: Freelander 2 Wheels.

I would of thought that the most important thing about using either, LR wheels or aftermarket wheels, is that they are fitted with good branded tyres, and not these cheap crappy imports that we see advertised..

RE: Freelander 2 Wheels.

That is also true cutter, have a look over on the RRS and FFRR forums and you will see several people who have also come close to death when non-OEM wheels have failed at >70mph on the motorway though. Even some of the more respected body shops have had problems with cracking rims and spokes on supposedly quality wheels purely because of the car's weight. I also wouldn't ever buy a wheel off eBay unless the supplier was either a Land Rover agent or a very reputable wheel supplier. These cars are not Honda Civic Type R's that are featherweights

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
